The balm The Manizers sisters trio review, swatch and overall verdict

Highlighters are god gifted makeup product, We all love to hear “Highlight on fleek girl ” Kinda compliment, Well this feels like a sweet  music to  every makeup lover . The balm cosmetics was never a known brand to me earlier  until I have heard bloggers and youtubers raving about the famous mary luminizer and bahama mama bronzer [ Which I have reviewed already click here to check it out ] . I wanted to try this highlighter since the longest time ever , thankfully it was like a bonus to me as the brand released  a highlighter trio palette which includes two  of their other famous highlighters [ betty and cindy lou ], The makeup lover beneath me screamed out to hold this one rather than the individual one . Lets see how it worked for me .

Packaging :-

The manizers sisters palette comes  in a cardboard packaging with a magnetic closure , mirror is included as  well. The packaging is quite convenient to use and is sturdy too. I already love the balm cosmetics perky animated print packaging as it stands out from the rest.

Price :-

INR  1600 /- [Purchased it during 50% off sale on The balm website ]  Received it via beautyshop india [ instagram page]

P.S  she sells authentic makeup and is the sweetest ,I absolutely love shopping international makeup products from her ,[ Highly recommend ]

My Take on the product:-

Pigmentation, shade, texture and staying ability :-

My party makeup is  never complete without a highlighter , I love the way a simple swipe  of highlighter on cheek bones makes a difference  but at the same time I am not one of those who like to dip in with loads of highlighter and look like a disco ball, I prefer my highlighters to give an understated yet appealing glowy look. I have seen tons of MUA and bloggers raving about the mary lou , true to its hype this highlighter is a pretty champagne color highlighter with subtle shimmers infused in it. Mind you the other two highlighters included in the trio are no less . This palette is quite versatile as every shade can be used , I was little apprehensive by the appearance of betty lou as its a bronze shade highlighter which wont compliment my skin tone however it  looks amazing when used as an  eyeshadow  on the other hand Cindy lou which is a pastel pink shade highlighter looks great when applied as a blush . All three  shades are pigmented  , have soft texture and are finely milled  , they glide like a butter on the skin . I like the fact that these highlighters have  subtle shimmers  in it which on application impacts a beautiful glow on the face without accentuating appearance of pores . The best part about these highlighters are that they can be intensified and taken to next level if used with heavy hands basically light hands goes a long way . Marylou is champagne shade  highlighter which  looks great on many skin tones , Cindy lou  is a pastel pink highlighter which  can be used a blush  and suits fair to medium skin tones while betty lou is  warm bronze shade which would compliment  medium to dark skin tones, however it can be used an  eyeshadow or like a  shimmer bronzer .

Staying ability of all three are top notch as they stay for good 7-8 hours without a primer .

Overall verdict :-

The balm cosmetics manizers sister palette is worth trying product , I am already blown away by their incredible pigmentation and buttery texture . I feel content to buy this rather than individual pan as all three are versatile shades which works great individually also . If you are someone searching for  that perfect highlighters  which  not only appears pretty on the pan but also shows great results post application then this is the palette which you can invest on. Highly recommend !
