Colourpop is one of those makeup brands which I am obsessed about for obvious reasons , I love their lipsticks , brow pencil not to forget their famous super shock eye shadows too. When I heard that colourpop is releasing their eyeshadow palette my excitement was on another level , the first look of the much anticipated yes please palette blew me away as the colours were right up my alley. True its name it does look Cute AF , I did try these shadows so make sure to read below to find out how it worked for me ..
The yes please palette comes in a bright yellow cover which has cute AF written in bold letters in front while back side are the shadows names written , inside the cover is the eyeshadow palette which looks pretty basic but no complains here considering the price point . It looks quite tiny in reality as the each pan size is small in compared to the usual MAC singles or Makeup geek eyeshadows or even colourpop singles . Overall I loved the cute and compact packaging as I can travel with it easily .

My take on the product:-
Pigmentation, shade, texture and staying ability :-
The colourpop yes please palette has the right mix of matte and shimmer textures in it , they are total 12 eyeshadows in this palette . One can literally notice tones of reds, deep browns and cranberry shimmer in this palette , it has just the right color selection which would attract any makeup lover. All the eyeshadows are pigmented and beautiful especially the shimmer shadows , they are too buttery and apply effortlessly . Matte eyeshadows are no less , they feel little dry but they blend really well and as mentioned are quite pigmented . They do have a little bit of fallout but that is not a negative point for me as i always do my eye makeup first. I personally love each eyeshadow’s in this palette , it appears quite close to the famous high quality Natasha denona sunset palette .

Here are the swatches:-
Coming to the staying ability , these shadows lasted on my oily eye lids for 6-7 hours with a primer and 5-6 hours without primer which is actually amazing . Overall I am incredibly impressed with the color pay off of these eyeshadows and blendability . One can create several looks with this 12 eye shadows .
Colourpop has nailed it again by creating such an awesome palette , I love the sunset vibes in this palette and also like the way they perform in terms of pigmentation , blendability and texture . However the pan size is quite small than usual colourpop pressed eyeshadow or makeup geek eyeshadow but nonetheless the overall performance of the palette makes this point forgiving for me , like seriously for 16 dollars ? it’s amazing ! Worth the grab 😉
I will be creating looks using this palette so stay connected on my instagram account ! 🙂
